Steve brings over 30 years of software support, training, and marketing experience to LifeShare. He began his career with On-Farm Computing, a startup venture bringing technology to farms and subsequently served in leadership roles at Master Software Corporation and Walker Information. In 1999 Steve co-founded eTapestry, the first web-based fundraising database solution. eTapestry’s substantial growth to over 5000 clients allowed it to be successfully acquired by Blackbaud in 2007. Steve co-founded LifeShare with John and Doug and serves as CEO. He and his wife Liz have four boys and enjoy working on their small farm and operating an indoor baseball facility called The Ball Barn.
John has been in software development for 33 years, including positions at Spectra Medical Systems, JMB Realty Corporation, Renaissance, Master Software, eTapestry, and Blackbaud. LifeShare is his second experience building a new business and he is honored to be part of a wonderful team that serves our senior clients and caregivers. He and his wife Kathy have lived in the Indianapolis area for 20 years and enjoy spending time with their four children, one grandchild, and a crazy yellow lab named Luna.

Doug has been in software development for nearly 23 years. He began his career as a software engineer for the Motorola Cellular Infrastructure Group in Arlington Heights, Illinois and later for Software Artistry/Tivoli Systems in Indianapolis. Doug was an early hire at eTapestry. He severed as a software engineer, chief architect, and ultimately Director of System Architecture. Doug helped design the scalable system that served more than 5,000 customers worldwide. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife Christine and their three children.

Rob has designed, architected, and developed software professionally for over 15 years. During that time he’s served as a principal architect for a number of startups and larger, established companies in the Indianapolis area including
Cindy has worked in a consultative sales capacity for over 25 years. Her dedicated passion and work for helping those angels that care for our seniors begin in 2009 and she has recently joined the LifeShare team. She resides in the Rocky Mountain region with her husband Pat and has two children Wes and Natalie. Cindy is an outdoor enthusiast commonly seen walking her dog Jezze, camping with friends and family, white water rafting, hiking high mountain paths and biking foothills trails.

Callie taught kindergarten for 7 years in Fishers and Noblesville before joining the LifeShare Technologies Team. She has served as a Client Service Specialist for LifeShare since July 2016. In her free time, she enjoys playing and coaching soccer, crafting, and repurposing old furniture.
Alex graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in the Winter of 2017. He joined the LifeShare team in March shortly after graduation. Alex enjoys basketball and is an avid stock trader. He loves to visit his family in the Chicago area and frequently takes advantage of living close to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to watch the Pacers.
