Steve brings over 30 years of software support, training, and marketing experience to LifeShare. He began his career with On-Farm Computing, a startup venture bringing technology to farms and subsequently served in leadership roles at Master Software Corporation and Walker Information. In 1999 Steve co-founded eTapestry, the first web-based fundraising database solution. eTapestry’s substantial growth to over 5000 clients allowed it to be successfully acquired by Blackbaud in 2007. Steve co-founded LifeShare with John and Doug and serves as CEO. He and his wife Liz have four boys and enjoy working on their small farm and operating an indoor baseball facility called The Ball Barn.
John has been in software development for 33 years, including positions at Spectra Medical Systems, JMB Realty Corporation, Renaissance, Master Software, eTapestry, and Blackbaud. LifeShare is his second experience building a new business and he is honored to be part of a wonderful team that serves our senior clients and caregivers. He and his wife Kathy have lived in the Indianapolis area for 20 years and enjoy spending time with their four children, one grandchild, and a crazy yellow lab named Luna.
Founder, Chief Scientist
Doug has been in software development for nearly 23 years. He began his career as a software engineer for the Motorola Cellular Infrastructure Group in Arlington Heights, Illinois and later for Software Artistry/Tivoli Systems in Indianapolis. Doug was an early hire at eTapestry. He served as a software engineer, chief architect, and ultimately Director of System Architecture. Doug helped design the scalable system that served more than 5,000 customers worldwide. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife Christine and their three children.
Rob has designed, architected, and developed software professionally for over 15 years. During that time he’s served as a principal architect for a number of startups and larger, established companies in the Indianapolis area including eTapestry, Blackbaud, and Bloomerang before joining LifeShare. When he’s not building things with code, Rob enjoys building things out of Legos with his son Torin, wife Melissa, and their two pugs Penny and Angel.
Cindy has worked in a consultative sales capacity for over 25 years. Her dedicated passion and work for helping those angels that care for our seniors begin in 2009 and she has recently joined the LifeShare team. She resides in the Rocky Mountain region with her husband Pat and has two children Wes and Natalie. Cindy is an outdoor enthusiast commonly seen walking her dog Jezze, camping with friends and family, white water rafting, hiking high mountain paths and biking foothills trails.
Miles joined the growing LifeShare team after graduating from Anderson University in 2014. Before transitioning to sales and marketing, Miles spent 3 years working with the Client Experience Team where he gained an understanding of the industry need and the desires of senior communities. Miles’ greatest passions are hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife – Anna, and Golden Retriever – Paisley.
Client Success Manager
Steve has worked in sales and marketing for most of his career. Before coming to LifeShare in 2013, he was Director of Existing Account Sales for eTapestry for 10 years, where his team maintained an above 95% customer retention rate. Steve loves reading, wood carving, spending time with his grandkids and doing all the above (except maybe the wood carving) on the beaches of Sanibel Island.
Director of Client Experience
Brad began working with LifeShare in 2014 as a Client Service Specialist after graduating from Anderson University. He loves his job of working with customers and witnessing the positive impact LifeShare can have on a senior’s life. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my dog, Ruby.
Director of Training and Communication
Callie taught kindergarten for 7 years in Fishers and Noblesville before joining the LifeShare Technologies Team. She has served as a Client Service Specialist for LifeShare since July 2016. In her free time, she enjoys playing and coaching soccer, hiking, crafting, and repurposing old furniture.
Alex graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in the Winter of 2017. He joined the LifeShare team in March shortly after graduation. Alex enjoys basketball and is an avid stock trader. He loves to visit his family in the Chicago area and frequently takes advantage of living close to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to watch the Pacers.
Client Experience Specialist
Todd is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis. He joined the LifeShare team shortly after graduating in the Summer of 2017. He enjoys the Indianapolis area because of the many activities the area has to offer, and because of the city’s proximity to his family in Northwest Indiana (Da Region). His favorite sports teams are the Bears, White Sox, and Bulls.
Client Experience Specialist
Hayden joined the LifeShare team in the summer of 2017. He is a graduate of Anderson University. While at Anderson, Hayden competed with the university’s men’s soccer team. He enjoys working with LifeShare because it allows him to personally see the benefits that LifeShare brings to people around the country. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and taking trips to Michigan.
Client Experience Specialist
After graduating from IUPUI in the winter of 2015 with a degree in Elementary education and a focus in Music Education, Lauren began her career in teaching. She then went on to travel to various places around the world for missions. She joined the LifeShare team in the Summer of 2017 and has loved every second of this adventure. In her free time, Lauren loves to go camping, hiking, and hammocking in the outdoors. She also enjoys doing many artsy things such as crafting, cooking, painting, and building things around the house. Her favorite things are her family, her husky Titus, her faith, and palm trees!
Max graduated in December 2017 with a Computer Science degree from Purdue University. He joined the LifeShare team in January 2018 as a Software Engineer. In his free time, Max is an avid moviegoer, gamer, and enjoys hockey, which he played throughout his pre-college life. Much of his time is spent with his two younger brothers and his two cats. He is engaged to be married and is excited about what the next chapter will bring.
